The Santa Rita Bio, born in 1964, has over 50 years of experience in the production of Mountain Parmigiano Reggiano . The close cooperation between ranchers and farmers has created since 1994 an entire Organic production chain , certified AIAB / ICEA. The continued commitment and researches have helped to establish the company to the highest quality levels, while maintaining its artisan soul. ORGANIC PARMIGIANO REGGIANO WITH MODENESE WHITE COW MILK, SLOW FOOD PRESIDIUM: Winner of 1st Prize "International Organic Cheese Award" at Biocaseus in 2012 and 2017 in Nuremberg and Santa Rita Bio flagship, this "Special" cheese made only with the milk of the historic race "mother" of Parmigiano Reggiano, is now endangered. There's only one Organic wheel a day available in the world. This Parmigiano has also won the prestigious " Alma Caseus Award" with the Silver medal in 2012 and 2014 and the Gold Medal in 2016.
